Two-way. We'll talk to your references; you should talk to ours. Process typically runs 3–4 weeks.

Salary

Benchmarked against, early stage UK based infrastructure and consulting roles. Reviewed annually.

Healthcare

Private healthcare with dental and family cover after six months.

Holiday

22 days plus bank holidays, plus extra leave for major life events.

Location

London-based. We default to in person because the work moves faster that way.

Sponsorship

Considered for senior and specialist roles where the right person isn't UK-based.
