How we hire

A straightforward process

Intro call (30 mins)

A conversation with someone on the team. Mostly about you and what you're interested in.

Step three

Practical task and team interviews

Short, realistic piece of work followed by conversations with the people you'd work with.

Step four

Offer

Usually within three weeks of first contact.
