How we hire

A straightforward process

Apply

Send your CV and a few lined on what you’d want to work on. No cover letter required.

Step two

Intro call (30 mins)

A conversation with someone on the team. Mostly about you and what you're interested in.

Step three

Practical task or working session

Short, paid where appropriate. Designed to look like the actual work, not a brain teaser.

Step four

Final conversation

Meet the people you'd work with. Ask us anything. From first call to offer, we aim for under three weeks.
